Apply an inner shadow to some text.
If you want text to appear to be set into the surface of the interface, an inner shadow is the way to do it. This is usually a good idea if you're going for a very realistic looking, chunky interface.
The shadow doesn't have to be strong to give the right effect. Too much and it will look wrong.
This might work better on upper-case letters than lower-case letters, since upper-case letters usually have more straight lines and heavy characters - more edges to cast shadows from, especially at smaller text sizes.
